A specialist and problem-solver focused on product innovation, design and optimization; I have designed, developed and consulted for a wide variety of products. My ability to understand the products being developed, communicate more effectively within and between teams, and more effectively achieve business goals is enhanced by my experience working and learning across a variety of industries in technical, lead, and management roles. My personal goal in every project is to maintain a firm understanding of the necessities at every phase and management level of the project and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Additionally, my ability to understand, contribute to, and optimize projects and environments is further enhanced by my understanding of the foundations and underlying principals provided by my robust academic background. I have obtained an education that includes 5 academic degrees, including multiple advanced degrees, focused in artificial intelligence, electrical engineering, advanced materials science, biology, synthetic biology, and neural engineering.
A firm understanding of software and information technology combined with the ability to both create and implement it is essential for any successful product and modern environment.
I have created robotics control systems, manufacturing control systems, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software, no-code environments, DevOps software, and many other types of software that have allowed teams to be more productive and collaborative and businesses to reach their goals.
To produce results successfully across such a wide variety of fields, it was important to become highly proficient in C, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript (JS), and PHP while having a firm grasp of servers, PCs, and mobile devices along with their respective operating systems (Linux, Windows, Android, and iOS).
With a background in mechatronics and bioengineering, I have developed robotics and automation capable of wireless communication and adaptive controls allowing for efficient, effective, and economical manufacturing, production, and management of facilities, labs, and other maintained environments.
Reliable, user-friendly, and secure devices and machines are the foundation of any successful and productive work environment and my mission is always to ensure that each product created, managed, or consulted on maintain the highest quality and meets the needs of the individuals and companies relying on them.
Being a primary focus of my education and career; artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and data analytics has been an integral part of my approach to engineering. Additionally, the ability to understand the dynamics of advanced networks has allowed for the creation of efficient systems capable of handling large data loads.
A small number of examples of the supervised, reinforcement and unsupervised models that I have created include ANN, RNN, CNN, R-CNN, and transformer models along with a multitude of machine learning models such as random forest, and support vector classifiers (SVC/SVM).
In addition to the models that I have created, I have also built models with premade architectures such as RetinaNet, YOLO, and a variety of LLMs.
